I picked up the Pentax after researching countless DSLR cameras for several months. I couldn't be happier with my decision!! It has every feature I could possibly ever use, plus the added benefit of being able to utilize my existing K mount lenses. My coworker had just bought a Nikon D40, and after using mine for the first time, tried to return his!! All the features of the more expensive models, equal picture quality and saving $200 is a no brainer. This is truly a great deal!
EDIT: The reason for the "OK" rating for support is because I haven't had to use it after 6000 pictures and counting!!
