Follow the insructions in this video. You must VERY GENTLY rub the contact lens on the palm of your hand in circular motions in order to remove protein residues. with the AF lenses or the manual ‘A’ series (green ‘A’ on aperture collar of lens) you are full featured (except for AF on the manual lenses). If your lens is not an A series then you still have stop down metering. With a <$20 adapter you can even use M42 (S eries)/screw mount lenses with stop sown metering
